Inizio Engage is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative to manage and support our client's commercial interactions with customers, partners, customer support, and the field sales team, communicating via remote technologies.
Your new role
Follow-up on current business, identifying growth opportunities through switch, sales development analyses, cycle negotiations, and sales scheduling, including order placement and implementation follow-up, making adjustments as needed:
- Phone/Teams calls or meetings with pharmacies to customize campaigns;
- Direct sales.
- Contact previous HCPs (Healthcare Professionals);
- Provide quick product detailing and usage training;
- Ship meters and follow-up on activation.
What we are looking for 🔎
- At least 2 years of sales experience (in pharmacy and healthcare channels; experience in diabetes is a plus);
- Fluency in English and proficiency with IT tools (particularly advanced Excel).
